Page counts: a Launch Page that needs more than 3 pages moves up to Standard. A Standard Site can add up to 2 extra pages at $150 each (7 pages max, $1,800). 8–10 pages is an Expanded Site. Over 10 pages is a custom quote.

Quoted separately: online stores, booking or ordering systems beyond embedding a tool you already use, logo design, professional photography, and translations.

Domain & hosting: your domain is registered in your name, on your account. You pay platform/hosting fees directly to the provider. Once you’ve paid in full, you own the site.

  • Platform, plugin, and security updates, plus a monthly backup (where the platform allows)
  • Monthly check that forms, links, and the phone button work
  • Up to 1 hour/month of small edits (hours, prices, menu, photos, a new promo). Unused time doesn’t roll over.

  • Quarterly name, address, and phone check on top directories (Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook), with fixes where I have access

30-Day Local Visibility Pilot

$250

The full $250 is credited toward your first month or GBP setup if you continue on any monthly plan within 14 days after the pilot ends.

A low-risk way to start, running 30 days from the day I get manager access to your Google profile. Limited to 3 pilots at a time.

  • Week 1: a written audit of your Google profile and website, plus a 3-minute screen-recording walkthrough
  • Google profile cleanup: categories, description, services, hours, attributes, and up to 15 of your photos
  • 4 Google posts, drafted replies to every new review, and a review-request link with a counter QR card
  • Consistency fixes on up to 5 major directories
  • A prioritized list of your top 5 website issues
  • Day 30: a results report and a 20-minute review call

Terms

  • Website builds: 50% deposit to schedule, 50% due at launch. The site goes live and ownership transfers once the final payment clears.
  • Pilot: 100% upfront.
  • Monthly plans: billed in advance on the 1st and due within 7 days. The first month is prorated. Month-to-month after any minimum term; cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Third-party costs (domain, hosting/platform, paid tools, stock photos) are paid by you directly, or reimbursed at cost with your prior approval. No markup.
  • Extra work outside a package: $85/hr, quoted in writing before I start.
  • No guarantees on rankings, calls, or revenue. I promise to do the work I list, on time, and to show you what changed. Nothing is posted without your approval.
